The Equal Pay Policy of Airport Associates
The equal pay policy of Airport Associates follows the Gender Equality Act No. 10 and other law and rules that prohibit gender discrimination. Men and women shall receive the same pay for the same work or work of equal value.
The Icelandic standard ÍST 85 is used to ensure compliance with the equal pay policy. The company is committed to providing a framework to prevent discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion.
In order to maintain the equal pay policy and provide follow-up, the company has decided that the executive board will hold an annual review meeting. The meeting will review the annual wage analysis and make any improvements that are required to maintain the equal pay policy.
